Play tips
Encourage your child to listen to and watch ukulele music, so they can get familiar with how ukuleles look and excited about how they sound. Once they’ve mastered the basics of a melody on learning mode, see if they’re ready to follow a version of the melody being played in a video on a real ukulele. This will help them to learn rhythm and timing and to improve their hand-eye coordination. And it’s a lot more fun than learning to play on your own.
