Play tips
Art is a perfect way to introduce shapes and colours into your child’s development. To start with, you can ask your child to copy shapes that you’ve drawn and repeat the shape’s name whilst doing so. Alternatively, you can turn it into a memory game where you draw several shapes and then call out their names and see how quickly your child can find the correct shape.
